Risk management is our core business. We advise large multinationals and startups on risk management, process improvements, and security. Based on our progressive vision, our consultants help organizations to grow and excel. In a self-managing team, you work for various clients in the Netherlands, but also internationally (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, Denmark).
You advise and perform audits at innovative organizations, renowned organizations such as Fujitsu and Cushman & Wakefield, or fast-growing startups. You advise asset managers, appraisers, Cloud Service Providers, and software and app developers on risk management. We will teach you what this means so that you too can become one of the best risk professionals in the Netherlands.
From the moment you start as an academic part-timer, you are part of a team that consists of several part-timers, full-timers, and a coach. You and your team will be deployed to different customers and you will be involved in different projects. You will get an idea of all the services we offer as a company as soon as possible.
You are expected to be available on average 2 days a week (preferably five days a week, but if a good student is available fewer days that should not be a problem). You will start performing assistive work. We encourage rapid growth and you will soon be given more responsibility. You will soon be performing the work of a junior consultant.
We often achieve our results in collaboration with the customer. This also means that you carry out your work on location as much as possible (due to corona, this can take place remotely at the moment). As a result, social capacities as well as representativeness are a must.
Risklane also organizes a Young Professional Program. This program consists of actively attending training courses, presentations, and workshops. Developing your capacities such as project management, leadership and communication are central.
Do you have the urge to do better tomorrow? And to keep learning? Then you probably want to work with people who feel the same way.
Employers are placing more and more emphasis on work experience, you have to start somewhere. With this academic side job, we offer you the opportunity to be important to clients during your studies.
Not only do you develop your capabilities, but you also become familiar with the cultures of different companies. In addition, we offer you an excellent salary in line with the market, with excellent fringe benefits and excellent CV building.
We are also a young and dynamic office that closely follows developments and market demand. Of course, we also do a lot of team building, and the necessary Friday afternoon drinks are organized.
- Excellent employment conditions (including mobility scheme)
- A flexible 0-hour contract
- Nice drinks, lunches and team outings
- An entrepreneurial and stimulating culture with room for personal development
